We manufacture Jet Patcher the Mechanized Pot Hole Repair Equipment. This is manufactured under exclusive License. We can provide trained Man Power to work on Maintenance Project. Jet Patcher has been successfully used by various Contractors, State PWD’s Municipal Corporation for Mechanized Pot Hole Repair works.
Is an exclusive 100% VOC free Ready Cold Mix Material for Pot Hole Repair during Monsoon & All Weather. It can repair both Asphalt & Concrete Roads. It is can be very effectively applied while its raining. It is very highly sustainable during monsoon avoiding repeated repairs, resulting in very high saving & wastage of resources.
It is packed in 25Kg Bags or can be supplied loose. Unlike Hot Mix Asphalt, which tends to get hardened with few hours of production, BituGold Cold Mix can be used over a period of 6 to 8 months after being packed in Bags. Further during Monsoon there is very huge requirement of Pot Hole repair Material.
Hot Mix cannot be produced as all the Plants are shut during monsoon & even quarries are closed. BituGold in Bags can be available during the monsoon period & can effectively repair the Pot Holes. Most of the accidents due to Pot Holes happen during monsoon as they cannot be repaired effectively & keep recurring. BituGold is a proven Ready Cold Mix Asphalt, which is being used by various Municipal Corporation, State PWD’s & National Highways. The BituGold ready mix technology is effectively proven in 20 countries across the world.
We provide License to produce Cold Mix to existing Batch Mix Plants with small modification & with supply of Patented Additives. Under License an effective Mix Design is prepared area specific along with complete Technology with Bagging Unit for effectively producing Monsoon & All Weather Cold Mix “BituGold”.

With our specific high-grade allocation of Bitumen, we provide High quality with consistency all Grades of Bitumen in Sealed Embedded Drums.

With our indigenous Electro technology we can extract 4 to 7% Bauxite from the Red Mud Waste of Bauxite. We have completed Pilot project successfully & are ready to implement this technology across India & Internationally.
Modular Concrete Toilets under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, & Anganwadi’s or any other small scale Customized Concrete Structures can be customized & built. Over 10,000 Toilet Blocks have been constructed for various Government & Semi Government Agencies. Under CSR large Numbers of Toilet Blocks have been constructed across India.
Modular Concrete Toilet Blocks are also being built under Maharashtra Government Jan-Suvidha Scheme. Even Anganwadi’s are proposed to be constructed with Modular Concrete Structures. They provide greater & longer stability with very good strength & finishing, easy maintenance & economically priced. For Larger Projects a Site manufacturing facility can also be set-up.
